Default Started dieting too early



I'm usually still fat around this time of the year but this year, I started dieting too early and now the problem will be trying to keep up with the maintenance diet all the way up until June/July. God I want pizza so badly.

Diet is 90% of it. I used to get weak results because I constantly cheated on my diet. This year I did it right. Ketogenic diet without cheating at all. No direct carbs sources, high protein and moderate fats. I eat six small meals a day. Cardio I do every morning for 45 min. I train with weights four times a week. That's it.

It isn't hard, people only fail because they aren't prepared and they're inconsistent. They cheat on their diets or don't stick to their plan. And they want results fast. They'll accuse anyone who works hard year in and year out of being on drugs because they don't understand how it all works. You don't even need drugs to get ripped. You only need drugs if you want to get huge enough to compete professionally. Too many people don't realize that the guys who are top athletes were big before they ever even used steroids. Diet, training, knowledge, consistency = results. :-)

Wow! Takes a lot of willpower ! everyday right ? Then i think i'll start in the summer, after all the exams are finished, thanks for your reply !
