I just did it and it seemed to cast 2 votes.
The way I did it is I clicked the vote button 2 times.
That opened up two vote windows. I entered the codes, but did not click enter yet.

I went back to the main page, did a refresh to get the latest tally, then I quickly went to the two vote windows, clicked on the window where I had already entered the codes and hit enter.

The count went up 60,000 widgets or what ever you call them, so unless someone else voted in the same few seconds that I was voting which is possible, it did count 2 votes.

It seems you first have to enter the last vote window you opened or it will only count one vote.

BTW that double voting isn't working anymore. I have been getting the same message over that last four votes.

I just did a double vote and it worked. As I mentioned before, That vote window you open up last is the one you have to cast your vote in first.

Looks like someone isn't generating the money they thought they would with this little contest. The 9 million votes Mylene's fans bought earlier, cost them $36.

It's just a fans battle, and a money maker for the owner of this site.

Oh Boy are Mylene's fans scared of Alizée's fans. Mylene had around 24 million point lead and her fans decide that wasn't enough so they bought another 2.5 million votes.
