You don't need red to attack.

As far as that property in Paris is concerned, I wonder about their tax laws. In this country if you sell a house, you have to buy another one within 2 years or else you have to pay a tax on the profits. But if it was just for tax purposes, why not buy a property in Ajaccio instead? Probably because values in Paris are more likely to keep going up. It's probably just an investment and as some suspect, does not have much to do with a sound studio.

The paperwork only registers a business name at that address. Probably all the mail goes to a lawyer with an office there. No property transaction is indicated.

There has always been the wealth tax on assets. The soccer players are threatening to go on strike next month over the 75% super tax. Like you said Ray4AJ that building looks like she is using it as a business mail drop off.

As far as I know Jeremy still has the house and I haven't seen anything that they sold the commercial property they bought together in Villejuif in 2008. I always thought they would build a recording studio in the building.
