I agree with that, CleverCowboy. From what I can see, I doubt if she has had a nose job. Here is a good profile picture from 2003 that shows her nose as straight and, I think most people would agree, not in need of any kind of surgery.
The appearance of the nose (and ears, and other parts of the face) change in appearance as a person grows and ages. This is due to the natural aging process that the skin and cartilage go through. It can also be affected by things like weight gain or loss, pregnancy, etc.

Her nose is pretty much perfect for her face.

I think her facial symmetry* is what makes her so beautiful. She also has a very good side profile; If you look at pictures, you'll see that she has a very plane side profile with prominent features (her nose, cheekbones, chin and forehead), which I believe is an example of good facial growth.

Maybe I was mistaken, but I feel like it's shorter and thinner. Maybe she grew into her face?

Oh I don't see changes but guess it was angles I saw that went wrong.

I feel like she was kind of insecure of her "long straight nose"!
