The Batter hits the Ball right to the Pitcher ( which is an out the same as if you had hit the ball into the outfield and someone caught it ! )
The guy on first is leading off the Bag and he can't get back in time; so the Pitcher alertly throws the ball to the First baseman ( so the Runner is Out ! )
The guy on third is leading off the Bag and so the 1st Baseman throws the Ball to the Third Baseman ( and so that runner is Out also ! )
