I have my ticket for the Monday show! YAY

I'm so happy they did a second date. I tried to buy tickets for the first date, literally on time, and the website kept crashing when I tried to pay. It was sold out within 10 minutes. I thought I was going to have to buy a ticket from a scalper! I wouldn't miss this for the world

Glad to hear it! I had a hell of a time getting my Sunday ticket - I got in about 2 minutes after sale started and I had to try a good five or six different seats before it let me buy (kept getting site errors).

Look forward to seeing you in the Telegram. It's pretty easy to use, just like any other group chat (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc).

Thank you! I'd literally set an alarm and stayed awake poised ready to buy as soon as it went live, despite working abroad at the time, I dropped everything to "make sure" I got a ticket... and then like you said every time I tried to buy a seat it would bring up an error and I kept panicking as all the available ones disappeared within a few minutes!

On the one hand I was very happy that there were so many people that wanted tickets, so the show was going to be a big success... but on the other hand I was annoyed that despite doing everything right I still didn't get a ticket. Since then I've been checking French ebay every day for someone reselling, I was prepared to pay way over the odds if necessary!

Very happy that they opened a second show and I happened to notice in time to buy!

I managed to get Telegram working, I'm on there now with the same username

Me too the monday date, going with two ex members. I just hope this time it will really happen, not like in 2014.

I am hoping the fact that it's two shows in a not-Zenith sized theater (better sales percentage) helps prevent this, but it's definitely a thought in the back of my mind. I prefer not to think about it.

I think the problem in 2014 was that the organisers planned a tour with many nights over very large venues. If it was just the Zenith for 1 or maybe 2 nights it would have sold out easily and quickly despite the large capacity because fans from around the country would have travelled for the event and "10 year" celebration, especially after DALS.

But because the organisers overshot and booked too many places, people just bought tickets for whichever was the closest venue to them, and because not every venue sold out right away they got concerned they wouldn't make enough money and pulled the plug. It was vastly mismanaged and not Alizée's fault at all. Probably doesn't help that the Blonde album was somewhat rushed and mismanaged by Sony too (although personally I like it a lot and has a couple of my favourite songs on there).

On the contrary, this performance was done the right way - slowly raising hype, booking a historic but realistically sized venue, and only announcing one night... then when that sells out right away and many are left unable to get tickets, that creates a news story, so they announce a second date and sell out again! I'm sure they had a deal with the venue behind the scenes to hold the venue for a few days just incase.

Given that all the seats for the second day sold out pretty much right away too, there could potentially be a third date announced, but personally I doubt it as there are still standing places left, which indicates to me that if a third day was announced, they would sell a respectable amount of tickets but maybe not fill the venue - and its far better news story and publicity to just keep it at 2 nights that sold out. That said, we've nearly a year before the event so its possible they could try and extend it or announce another show in a different city. I'm sure some fans would be like me and travel to a second or third venue too and make a mini tour of it!

So yeah, TLDR without wanting to jinx it, I'm not worried. This time its been done properly by people who are clearly competent and not overshooting. And the reception Alizée got at the Mean Girls event and the I Gotta Feeling tours around the country (and them already booking again for 2026!) shows that there is a large enough amount of people who are the right age of nostalgia to be open to her touring again!

Well don't want to think about 2014, it was everything somehow weird how it went.

Wanted always to visit France and Paris, and this concert is just another big reason why to go.
