Britney Spears is a freak, in need of serious amounts of attention...
Alizee is loved all over the world, and as far as we know she seems to be happily married with a child that she wanted to have. She is a devoted mother and loving wife. Britney is a skank on the verge of a serious breakdown, doing crazy things to be popular. Unless she started shooting heroine while she's been gone, i'm pretty sure Alizee would never think of shaving her hair.

QFT! Alizée and Britney both need lots of attention. I the case of the former, the undying adoration and loyalty of her fans and the public in France and Europe in general (to make sure she knows she's loved and record companies continue to back/produce her); in the case is the latter, serious professional help to keep her from being a danger to herself and others.
