That doesn't look any worse to me than US 101 northbound during rush hour, and not as bad as the freeways in LA 24/7.

In Europe, the more you go south (by the Mediterranean sea), the stranger driver's behaviour is.
In Marseille, traffic lights are there for decorating the streets. "Sliding" a red light as they say is their national sport. It's even worse in southern Italy and beyond your imagination on the other side of the mediterranean... In Paris it's different, Parisian drivers have more respect for common rules but they have always been well kwown for being bad tempered. Boileau, a 17th century french writer has described a traffic jam in Paris by the year 1700. It has'nt changed much since, except Parisians don't drive horse carts anymore... For those of you who are (very) good at French, here it is : http://poesie.webnet.fr/poemes/France/boileau/14.html |

Sadly the French tank drivers weren't very aggresive in 1940:
Yeah, yeah, cheap shot - I know. For some balance:

Traffic from Moscu, pretty much looks like Mexico City's traffic...
Now, imagine all that traffic all over the city.
