since we are on the subject of thinking:
A math supervisor came to a high school class and asked the teacher "How many students are in your class?" The teacher replied: "1/3 of the students listen to me, 1/2 of the rest(of course)pretend to be listening , of the rest(of course)1 student is always asleep and the rest talk at the back. How many students do I have?" (The answer -1 : is my age in about 3 weeks)

1/2 + 1/3 + 1/4 = 13/12, so there has to be some overlap in categories. Are you sure you've given those fractions correctly, Atra?
