Well.... You could fix the couple color bleeds from hair (at very top where the white should show, it's too colored), and maybe on forehead on left side where the hair goes over it (it has some lil things to fix, it doesn't look excatly right).
Next thing would be giving some dynamics for the photo since the b&w photo lacks it for some reason (it's surpisingly flat...). Some dodging and burning might do wonders for the hair (now they lacks highlights. Just has shadows and mid values, but no highlights). If you want to go to ultrarealistic... the shirt's bright dots should be white, not colored. Since they are reflections from metal pieces. And highlight is always pure white (well, not in colored light of course, but as you can see from rest of the photo, she isn't lighted with colored light but something that is approximately white, so the high lights should be white (as is the highlights of the eyes)). Notice that the highlight color doesn't depend on the color of the object. Even if the shiny pieces would be blue, they would have pure white highlight when light reflects from it. Colored highlights is one of the basic mistakes in computer graphics. Partly because it's just hard to avoid (or rather was... nowadays I think most major 3D renderers can do proper highlights without tricks. But in older ones, you always have to think about that).
