A quick peak at the virginmega.fr homepage shows that Mademoiselle Juliette has jumped its way up to the 2nd spot overall for "best selling singles" of any type.
If they open that sucker up for broader download, we'll have her first in no time :-D

Ok, well, as for contacting RCA, I'd love to, but I can't figure out how. In fact, the only place I've been able to figure out how to make any comment is iTunes, due to this thread. I requested MJ and put this in the comments:
"We American fans are saddened to find that none of the French music sites selling this title will process a credit card or otherwise sell to Americans (or apparently anyone outside France). There are many fans around the world desparate to part with their money, but none seems to want it. Maybe Apple/iTunes, who sell this song via the French iTunes site would like to make it available elsewhere." Indeed, considering how many countries Alizée has fans in, if only French people can get the song, they sure are cutting out a lot of other people who would buy it. Even conservatively, I can't imagine that it is less than thousands if you take into account the whole rest of the world. I guess dealing with sales issues in each country involves certain efforts. Well, whatever, I bought the DVD from Amazon.fr. They didn't seem to have a problem with that. Virgin Mega stores online sales portal is via Amazon, yet still no MJ. Maybe I'll get around to creating a MySpace account just so that I can make comments to RCA directly. I'd really not like to use iTunes and in fact, a CD would be the best. For one thing, I am skeptical about whether or not I can get an MP3 or other type of file that is at maximum quality. I don't think a 5MB MP3 is as high fidelity as a CD file. I rip all my CD's to my computer with a lossless format and I at least imagine that I can hear the difference. If I could have gotten Alizée's single on Sunday, I would have purchased whatever format I could get. I have downloaded an MP3 from somewhere (though I am not sharing with others). I don't even know if it is that final version or the pre-release leak. I need to listen to it and compare to the radio station broadcast. Anyway, if I can download a high quality format that does not have some weird rights management stuff or require special software to listen to it, something that I can burn on CD, in fact (so I can listen in my car or wherever), I will buy that.
