Default Alizée's winning Aircraft painting design

I ran across this. Here is a picture of the airplane painted with Alizée's winning entry. Just in case any of you never saw it. Found at AF. I did a Google seach for images for our girl and there is nothing newer than the NRJ interview in their database. Hummmmmm.

Well I think the airline went out of business and the hardware was sold off. Likely it's been repainted since then. Some AF posts have the tail number and you can look it up on some DB of all airplanes.

AOM was acquired by Air France, and is now a part of that. It no longer exists as a seperate entity.

The Alizée plane's tail number was F-GGMB. By late 2001, it had been painted white again.
The plane was sold in 2002, hopped airlines and registrations a couple times, and is currently in service with 1Time Airline, out of South Africa, since 2003. It now packs the tail number ZS-OPZ, and is bright red. I believe it is mostly used for the run from Cape Town of Johannesburg

OMG, props to you Cooney for knowing this information!

Thanks Cooney. I would love to know how you came by the info. I can only add that 1-Time's fleet is currently grounded, due to their aircraft maintenance not being up to standard. They will apparently restart flights as soon as the fleet has been certified airworthy again.

CORRECTION 18/12: I seem to have gotten my airlines mixed up. My apologies for the faux pas. The South African airline fleet that is currently grounded is indeed Nationwide and not 1Time. So the good news is, ZS-OPZ is still very much airworthy !

Well, the F-GGMB tail number I know by heart. I have a model of the plane, and have used the callname "Foxtrot Golf Golf Mike Bravo" or just "Mike Bravo" in online games a couple times in reference to it.

As for getting the other info, I work at an airport, and frequent aviation related sites when bored. Quick visits to Airliners.net and Airfleets.net can provide similar information for pretty much any aircraft you care to name :-)
