Thank you espire. I hope you have a great holiday in the Great White North. I hope you get great deals on Boxing Day, if you do go shopping.lol

Heheh, I live for boxing day!

Unfortunately, my next major purchase is going to be a synthesizer workstation, and specialized items like these are never on sale. I can always get Ni-Mh batteries for cheap though!

fsquared, depending on how things work out, I'll either buy a Yamaha MM6 (I'm hoping that I won't have to go so low), or a Korg TR61. I've also taken a look at the Korg X50 which is a cheap plastic version of the TR without the sequencer, but the keys are awful. Still, it's a great price for what you get.

I'd really love to have the TR, though. It's exactly what I want, plus I can buy a sampling board for it in the future.

Looks like $100 rebate on the TR61 ends at the end of the month but I guess it is on US purchases only...

Yeah, i would have loved to get that rebate. However, if things go my way, it won't be so significant. I've got a contact, who can get me a massive discount on a synth.

Er... I don't even know how to get this thread back on topic. Fsquared, contact me in the protocol of your choosing sometime tomorrow, we'll talk
