For all the people that do have a MySpace account, has anyone ever messaged Alizée and/or received a response from her? Just curious.

Messaged her, yes. Can't really think of anyone who received a reply, but the amount of messages she gets is a lot to read, much less reply to.

Also, I'll shoot you a friend request a little later on, should be pretty self-explanatory its from me, though.

I have sent her several PMs in the past. I no longer do so, because I believe she has stopped reading them. Probably this is due to security concerns. Her page was hacked at one point and messages sent to everyone on her friends list advertising ring tones.

She did read (or at least download) the first few messages I sent her, but did not reply, nor did I expect a reply when I sent them.

I wouldn't expect a response either. I'm not sure how MySpace security works but I wouldn't expect a PM to be a security risk unless it had maliciously embedded links or something.

Thanks for the replies. I had just read in the wonderfully-translated interview in Tribu Move (posted by Snatcher42, I believe) where she said she reads them, but can't respond to them all, so just wondering if anyone had ever heard from her. From all of the comments on her page, though, I can only imagine how many more messages she receives where people actually get personal with her. What a nightmare.
