No, she was most certainly not forced to do that. She was in control of the whole thing so it might even have been her own idea.

The "kiss" symbology is fine...it's part of the theme.....the "kiss of death". Of course, Alizée has brought along some of Mylène's double entendre pedigree with the playful sexual undertones. So you can call it "kiss of death" at face value, and then delve into all sorts of Freudian concepts where the kiss and veil represents something more.

Or you can go to the very core of the male psyche, and ask what we think about girl kissing girl. When polled, 80% of men though it was great. The other 20% were lying.
