Some more confessions.

-Of all the singles released by Alizée, Les Collines is my least favorite.
-I've watched at least one different video of Alizée (be it performances, interviews, or reportages) every night for over two months now.
-I've never listened to any of Alizée's albums in their entirety.
-All the four dreams that I've had about Alizée turned into nightmares.
-I don't listen to Alizée everyday because I'm afraid I'll get tired of her music, and I don't want that to happen.

This is a good thread. I'm learning a lot about you guys that I normally wouldn't. Some of these confessions really surprise the hell out of me. Cube not liking her Gourmandises hairstyle, a few of you not liking UEDS AT ALL, MYGOGT's 97 hour Lilly marathon...wow. Never would have guessed any of these. But ditto on the creepy dolls in Parler Tout Bas. Those things are creepy as hell. I still like that video though because Lilly looks AMAZING in those pajamas.

I love the PTB video, including and especially the dolls. The atmosphere created by this video and how it was visualized and produced seems like pure genius to me.

On the topic of the Parler tout bas video...

I thought it was pretty interesting. Really creepy, especially with the walking doll people. That guy at the end is Luck Bastard #...5? I dunno, all I know is I wish I could hug her that way.

Amen to that one! Though for me, it's a specific song.

I try not to listen to Veni Vedi Vici too much, because that song is so nostalgic for me, and I don't want it to lose that value by over listening to it.

I ususally try and not listen to some songs alot to like JPVA and I'm Fed Up since they are my favorite and don't want them to lose their meaning.

But I figure out that for some reason I appreciate her songs and love them much more through Noise-Cancelling headphones for some reason. Because I just feel immersed in her songs and feel like she is singing just to me. It's an amainzg feeling...
