Idiot uses of guns

I for one use mine for hunting where I get a lot of my food from

there are also many prarie dog problems on the west side of the state which ruin pasture land and crop land

heck just plinking around at pop cans with a .22 is a fun cheap way to spend an afternoon

I am also a lawful CCW permit holder
there is nothing wrong with someone carrying for self defence or home defence
believe it or not the criminals care not about gun laws
also criminals are typically more scared of an armed civilian than a cop

guns are not for everyone though for one you must feel comfortable enough to shoot one much less carry one
and you must be able to justify not only to a court or fellow citizens, but to yourself to carry or even use it in a situation that it is intended for

if it is idiotic to want to get your own food and to protect oneself then then I don't know what is a smart decision
