It's not new, it's the Arale tattoo, it's just upside down in this photo.

What looks like a single rose coming up off the top of the bouquet, is actually the stick poking the poop.

Hehe, it's funny Mr Euphoria brings up that it looks like a bouquet in that photo: I thought the same. Roses are frequently tattooed over unwanted tattoos, so I thought maybe Alizée had chosen to obliterate Arale!
