I don't think so. She's running out of room on her right arm and I don't think she'll cover the left one up too. If she gets as many, I think most will be in places we will likely not see, such as what looks like a tattoo under her gold bra in the unofficial ACDLA video. Well I wouldn't mind if she brought her legs into the picture... , maybe with some small tattoos we'll ge to see wearing skirts more often

She has the lizard on her ankle so maybe its only a matter of time

I think she'll get more, but not on the left arm. I think she wants to finish the full sleeve on her right arm. Is it technically a sleeve if it's all random? Maybe it'll look better once her arm is completely full of tattoos.

It seems more likely to me that that's just a glimpse of what she was wearing under the dress, or that it was a shadow.

At first I thought it was a shadow too, but it's 2 dark to be just a shadow!
The picture is not very good, you can see it better in the video.

I think it's just a shadow, it's not there on her second turn around at 24 seconds or so.
