So, since I couldn't upload Saturday's show (due to it not being recorded), I did a nearly identical show this afternoon. A few songs were in a slightly different order, and I swapped out Glen Phillips' cover of "Revelator" for Metric's "The Police and the Private," but other than that, it was the same. Should be uploaded later tonight, once I find an mp3 editor that will let me mute the "fuck" I forgot to censor.

EDIT: Show 41 is now uploaded. Hope you like it!

wow, just started hearing your programs. That's awesome having your own program. Keep up the good work.

Thanks! The new one is up (November 4). It's a little shorter, as we were having problems with our transmitter, and weren't broadcasting from 1:30-2:30. (Welcome to college radio...). It's also the reason this week's volume is a little off. You'll hear it if you download...the parts where I talk sound much softer than the songs. Oh well, what can ya do?

People should be happy with this week's Alizée song, though...

Another great show, I noticed you did quite a bit of Alizée-commentary this time, I'm sure she'd appreciate the plug. ...and good job avoiding having to pronounce "J'ai Pas Vingt Ans" the way you did it pretty was slick.

Thanks! I'm glad you guys are still listening.

Also, there was a bunch of commentary in the first few shows I did with her songs. Unfortunately some of it got cut off due to the power outage in my apartment (the first time I played ACC and JPVA). That's my usual pattern: when I'm playing a new artist for the first time, I spend a few weeks talking about them (i.e., two shows explaining the name-change of Pilate to Pilot Speed), and then just play the music without commentary. This time, though, I thought it was time for an Alizée update.

Hahaha. I'd probably skip my show for Entourage, too. I hate not having digital cable anymore. No Entourage, no Weeds, no Lucky Louie, no Rome...it's very sad.
