jaja but yeah, if I had a laptop, it would be my background, but on my computer screen it just looks weird and her head looks way too stretched out. oh well

Wish it could be my wallpaper but stupid Windows 7 STARTER doesn't allow wallpapers

I'll be back in about 10 minutes with the instructions how to do this.

With 7 you can put multiple pictures in and they will change randomly.

I have to wait until one of my employees frees up and he is going to show me how to set it up on his laptop that he just got with Windows 7.

Edit

Right Click on the desk top
Go to personalize
Change the visuals and sounds
Desktop background (bottom left)
New window opens up
Choose your desktop back ground
Hit browse to find a picture in you Picture
folder to place as your desktop background

Yah sorry ALS, thanks for trying to help though. But notice how I said, Windows 7 STARTER. It's sort of a basic version of 7 without some features that regular and Ultimate 7 have. I have tried this many a time but it doesn't even have a "personalize" option on my desktop. There are programs that let you have screensavers on 7 Starter but they slow up my computer too much so it's not worth it But thanks for helping!
