In Google Maps, if you search for 75 Portobello Road, London UK and go to street view, you can see where Alizee was standing when she took the picture. The address came from the building across the street, which is reflected by the mirror. I just had to read backward.
So she is at Alice's, which is an antique store. The Google picture shows it after hours, so the striped awning is not extended and there are no antiques displayed on the sidewalk.
