Yes, of course, but we also know that there were things about Alizée that we really like that were just her. We certainly are willing and quite eager to give her a chance and think that her singing at least will be quite pleasant. Yes?

Mylene's lyrics are great, no doubt, but I fell for Lili without knowing a word of French. Those words would have been nothing without Alizée's delivery. I'll definately miss Laurent's work, he is a great composer, but again, this is a music style I don't normally listen to- I love Lili, not Mylene and Laurent.

She will not be able to get away from the old stuff even if she tries. The fans will insist on it. This is often a frustrating reality for bands that move on but had smash songs early on. The good news is she will be able to tour if she wants to. All she has to do is mix half her old music in with all her new stuff and she has a concert. So here are two questions: 1. If she had to pick 8-10 songs from her first 2 albums, which ones would she pick (and in what order)? 2. Where would she put them (together or split up) (beginning, middle, end)? |

Yes, Definitely! I think without Alizee the songs that were written by Mylene could be somewhat typical. Alizee is the X factor that makes it so great, I mean she is practically all of the factor, well for me at least. The songs just added to an already great package.

Well, rumour has it that Alizée wrote a song for the new album. But the majority were written by others, such as Jean Faque.

The latest rumor, and I have no idea whether or not it's true, is that Jérémy Chatelaine wrote all of the music for the new album (which would mean he wrote the music for 50/60), but none of the lyrics. Alizée is rumored to have written the lyrics for one of the songs herself, but I doubt she did for 50/60; the rest were written by Jean Fauque and one other person whose name escapes me.

Yes. So, latest rumor: Music by Jérémy Chatelaine, lyrics by Jean Fauque, Daniel Darc, and Alizée.
