I wish they would put the video files in either AVI or MPG format because everytime I convert the video into the file I want it into you loose video quality. and when you upload it on youtube it makes the video look real bad and you cant see alizee that good so they should put it in AVI or MPG format instead of FLV

you don't want to convert flv to avi.

flv is a web format, with lower quality. just download the higher quality avi from moe's site.
