I may be twitching and shaking a bit too for the next few days, until I get in front of Lili. Then, I'll be really shaking!

(thanks for the suggestion about melatonin, don't think I'm going to risk something that powerful right now, though)

Try valerian and passiflora (easily available herbal remedies).They're not nearly as hard on your system as melatonin and work very well for relaxing you to get more restful sleep.

Thanks. I actually do have some herbal tea with valerian which I remember now that you mention it. Maybe I'll bring some.

Yeah melatonin is a bit hard but it gets you results quickly. I had to adjust to an 10 or 11 hour time difference last year when I visited my relatives in Ukraine. It worked like a charm.

Whatever happened to just plane ol' staying up? You guys never pulled all-nighters in college?
