Actually it could be from both times. I mean the picture we saw of her with Jérémy in 2006 she had black hair and back in MCE days she had black hair.

It's not the color of her hair, it's the cut - coupe de fée. And hmmm, who's the kid playing the recorder in the background?
And, I don't know about Mylène, but that looks like her manager standing next to her.

I'll try, it isn't often you hear someone with there windows closed rocking out to Alizée. Just people don't like when they hear different languages or blasting music for that matter.
