They released a patch which was supposed to fix the shotguns but it didn't work cause I still get blasted by those overpowered 1887s every single game. One time I was standing about three feet from a teammate, then some idiot 12 year old runs up behind us, aims in our general direction with akimbo 1887s and kills both of us with one shot from about 50ft away.

yea I know its BS........ one shot from the hip 50+ feet away kills you............ forget about close range. You would think the game devs would realize this before the game came out seeing how shotguns in 4 also had to be fixed from when the beta came out.

buckshot from a 20 gauge at 50 feet from the hip is deadly, much less from a 12 guage or the mighty 10 guage that the 1887 supposedly uses in the game which makes sense as it was often chambered in 10 guage. However shooting one one handed would be a bitch of a time to handle. Flip cocking is also hard on the lever.

Im so dam glad they got rid of the Javelin glitch, that realy pissed me off.

you might as well keep the javelin glitch because like I said before this is almost as bad lol

Oh come on! Don't be all "noo, it's unrealistic!"

The whole damn game is unrealistic! Somehow, you are automatically proficient in every weapon. Every weapon you pick up is perfectly zeroed and sighted for you. You never seem to tire. Somehow, you have a 6th sense that tells you when grenades are nearby. If wounded, you can simply hide for a few seconds and you'll heal. Any sort of mounted weapon has an unlimited ammo.

Need I go on?



Seriously, just enjoy it for what it is, a game!!

its not a problem of realism, it is a problem of it being over powered which is a huge problem in a game like COD which is built on balance and counter balance.
