I can play the last video you posted, Jess. The controls are not grayed out. But others you just posted in other threads don't work. Any ideas why?

The Bottom Line is... It has to do with you're computer specs & internet connection speed. Some of these videos require more and some require less. I did a little test with my two computers, one is my desktop and the other is my laptop. The results show that in fact there is a big difference in which computer you use. My desktop starts these videos in 2-4 seconds, while my laptop will take a few minutes. Depending on how big the video is, I tested music videos and movies. Also I noticed another difference when I installed the Pro vers on my laptop, it improved the speed but still not as good as my desktop...
