Casino Royale.
Finally watched the whole film.. probably the best one of the three from Daniel Craig.

True that, it's by far my favorite of the three. The locations, sets and soundtrack are brilliant, as is the Aston Le Chiffre is badass. Eva Green's Vesper is also my all time favorite Bond girl, as awesome as the movie is, I don't think it would be the same without her I've got it on dvd, hoping to upgrade to Blu-Ray

As a Sci-Fi "junkie" , I'm pretty delighted to see two great films depicting the potential and risks linked with the development of artificial intelligence by our increasingly connected societies , being released only a few months apart !
First came "Her" with a heart wrenching plot about a not-so-lonely man and his virtual companion in a near future : 8/10 And now I've just been blown away by the antagonism dividing those who think that technology must keep advancing at any cost against the "outcasts" who believe that it already takes a far too great part in our lives, and in between Johnny Depp's amazing acting : 7/10 Both are definitely Must-Sees ! Kubrick's Lolita or Lyne's ? Both great movies but very different adaptations of Nabokov's novel Last edited by lapinschous; 06-02-2014 at 10:57 AM.. Reason: Automerged Doubleposts |

I don't think I could choose a favourite Bond girl ( Jane Seymour's Solitaire ) as there's so many. Here's the list. http://www.007james.com/articles/lis...bond_girls.php Good idea.. I should do that too. Lyne's.

I didn't want to start a new thread for this, so I'm posting it here.
Last week in a thread I posted a scene from the old show the 'Outer Limits'. I just saw another great one from the Twilight Zone, I remembered from years past. It has a great ending. Last edited by Scruffydog777; 11-14-2018 at 09:46 AM.. |
