That one isn't modified. It's lighting that makes it look green.

There were a couple similar pictures in other outfits that were different colours because of lighting on 3rdw.net but I'm not sure that they are still there.

The problem is that you can still see lili in her natural skin color. I dont see any specific color on her skin.

Maybe the rainsuit had some sort of plant-like qualities. Maybe it is our eyes who are being deceived.

That hair looks sort of En Concert, or perhaps some ACC performances.

Dang those eyes just impaled me, lol.
