Nah, I don't think they're slamming her--it's FHM, so it's bound to be tongue-in-cheek. I think the intent is to say that her music is great, but that her figure and the way she moves would turn even the saintliest man's thoughts to sin...so in effect she's the anti-christ, capable of bending men to her whim with the merest shimmy of her hips.

They're just playing off the whole Lolita thing, is all. I think it just gets lost in the translation.

No, I dont think so, in spanish terrific just means terrific; and in this way it means her music isnt good. Maybe the guy who wrote is jealous.
