No, I dont think so, in spanish terrific just means terrific; and in this way it means her music isnt good. Maybe the guy who wrote is jealous.

It's one of those words that could go either way, actually--oddly, terrific can mean either 'spectacular' or 'terror-inducing', depending on the context.
