The amount of busy work my French teacher gives. It's concerning and embarrassing. She's given us about 4 copies of the same worksheet already, and all she does all day is shuffle around looking for the next worksheet to give us. If she spent a third of the time she does counting papers and passing them out, the rest of the class might actually learn something.
