Lol. It is a bit off but I think the fact that the suit is harder to make look 3-dimensional makes the neck look much worse than what it really is.

I'm very proud of myself for the ears and right eye. They were the only things I were really worried about. Kinda got the angle of the left eyelid wrong

Yes, the ears are excellent. I wouldn't worry too much about the eyelid. The touch-up of the nose should really top it off quite nicely though. If you really had some time though, I'd suggest putting the American flag behind him. Brownie points with the teacher by telling him/her when you're turning it in how you decided to go the extra mile because of your patriotism for your country. Or some bullshit like that

I tried to fix it but I fucked up the right eye and made it look lazy

and for no reason I fucked up the right highlight of the neck with some extra scratches

The hypocrisy is outstanding as well. I got shit from someone at my old school once about how I wasn't patriotic enough and how people like me are "ruining the country"

I then performed the Bellamy salute and the original text

*for those of you who don't know what the Bellamy salute is, it was used until the early 1940's, where it was quickly forgotten, brushed under the rug, and answered with "what? we never did that! are you crazy?"..... I really don't see why they'd get rid of it, especially in 1941*
