It's guitar speak. I can decipher.
He's saying that the guitar Alizee had is very cheap, and the sound is horrible, and not worthy of someone like her.

A Floyd rose is a whammy bar, it's how a guitarist makes weird noises, it's located at the bridge (or end) of the string, near the place where you would be picking the strings.
The special thing about floyd roses are that they are double locking, allowing the guitarist to do a whole medley of strange noises. They are very top quality.
He also states that the Squier Hello Kitty is a cheap piece of crap and she should have nothing less than the finest!
