I think this article's a little confused. It's Institubes - the record label - that temporary moved to Miami while their facility in Paris was being built. Dunno if they're still there, but they were earlier this year: http://rcrdlbl.com/2009/03/23/les_si...nstitubes_2_2_

I also think this is a false rumor, yet there could be a confussion like Ben stated. There are various reasons in why she wouldn't come live here in the US(Miami) with Jeremy and Anny-Lee. Some of those reasons/opinions have already been posted and make common sense.
-She would have to leave her family in Ajaccio and friends in Paris.
-Would leave all her crew/ music company in Paris
-Is not fluent in English(small fexible problem)
-Not a big French community in Miami
-Who would she leave Anny-Lee when beginning her tour/ publicity?
-Just moved out from Paris and bought a new house, then why buy another one?
-Too much traveling and stress traveling from Miami-Mexico, Mexico-Paris, and from Paris-Ajaccio, and back "home" to Miami.
-Living in a US beach city, having the great beaches in Europe.

I think this is just another flase rumor like the one we heard about her divorce from Jeremy, all to raise "news" before the new album. And there is always the possibilty she just wants to spend some vacation time in Miami; who knows.
Anyways guess we'll have to wait and see what awaits..........
