As I mentioned before, I'd like to see the two flags stay, mainly because it looks good. I think the torch should go. What I'd like to see is maybe an oval map of the world like the one I'm posting here, above the two flags, with the countries highlighted where we have members. It wouldn't show some smaller countries well, but it would do a better job of showing we have members from all over. I certainly wouldn't use the colors in this map, but something more color co-ordinated with what we have in it.

Maybe in the lower corners we could have the Eiffel tower on one side and the Statue of Liberty in the other and lastly it be good if we good fit in the Moor's head from the Corsican flag. These are just some rough thoughts.

I really dislike the torch as well.

How about we do something like just the stylized Alizée signature but change it so the first half is colored like the American flag and the second like the French flag, or vice versa.

My only concern would be that maybe with that kind of map, people could relate that logo to Alizée-World instead of Alizée America...
I like the Corsican flag idea. And I am sure she would like that.
I won't say anything else about that because i don't want to be misunderstood, talk about politics, or cause offence to the french members of the forum!

That could be a good avatar, but does not even qualify as a logo.
I would not put any image of Alizée on a logo, just her name. With putting just her name in the logo, we are implying that our support is timeless.
If we put an image of her, someone can think subconciously that we have favoritism for one era of her career. Besides we will get tired of watching the same image of her after a year...

I can modify that FB one if everyone likes it... I save all my work in the original PDF layered format in case I ever want to make changes.

btw, sorry for my absence... between school and work I haven't had much time to get online, let alone sit down and do my bills... I will have time to put up some ideas this weekend though.
