nope not really... it's just that you write some notes and everyone can see what you are doing right now... and you can follow your favourite profils and will see what they are doing in the moment... and if you follow the person who is also follow your profile you can send this person a private message... that's all I found out... maybe there's more I don't know... but myspace is much more better... but hey Alizée is around and that's great!

no it is not normal

you can "follow" anyone (not if the profile is private), but in order to post on their page, they have to follow you too.
Right now LT is not set to private.

Hm twitter looks a bit too small. I think myspace or facebook are much better.
But ok it is small and easy to use

+1, in both of your sentences you are right, facebook (and even Myspace) is way better, but Twitter is easier to use.

What is really cool is the fact that now a lot of fans are on Twitter, hopefully we can get to know more each other on Twitter.

I actually wasn't too fond of Twitter at first myself, but I've actually grown to like it quite a bit. I like the stripped-down, minimalist approach compared to all the extra garbage you have to deal with on Facebook/MySpace.

My only real problem with Twitter now is how buggy it still is, occasionally...but given that its popularity has exploded almost overnight, it's no wonder that it's been unstable.
