It's the EPR system, you learn to write these when you become an NCO. It's when you start supervising airmen so you have to be able to write their report.

Nah, these rules are in place so that everyone writes their yearly evaluation using the same language and grammer rules - the reason for THAT is that so many people have so many different ways of writing, it becomes very easy to pass over someone for promotion because thier NCO's couldn't express themselves on paper...

Enlisted and this is just a class to teach the methods of writing. It shouldn't be as strict once I finish the class next week but the standards here are ridiculous. I'm getting a counseling session (bad) because I said "hell no" when asked if I liked the system. I'm a military cop so I know what the UCMJ says about obscenity so my rebuttal will be on point.

- Egressed feces from rectum; expedited 20% faster than AF standard--leaned out bowels for 100% additional crap

I speak the language daily. PM me the entire EPR Dark Eng. I'll help ya if you like. It's not the bullet format that will be difficult, it's when you write the decoration after you've C/W several of these EPRs that will surprise you.

Thanks but it's not an EPR, it's ALS. The teacher has some rediculous standards. The bullet wouldn't be allowed because we can't use prepositions. So "from, than, and for" would cost points on the grade. I'm finished with all that home work. I've only got a week left in the class. But the instructor is really starting to piss me off.
