Cool, cool. That's pretty much what I figured; if anything, a not-overly-devout catholic. I deal with Christmas in a secular fashion, being an atheist myself, so that's no stretch for me :-)

Merry Christmas to all ladies and all gentlemen. In French you can indicate gender by the ending of the word, therefore you don't actually need to spell out ladies and gentlemen.
