I'm not 100% certain on your usage of "layered" in this context I don't think - a person can have a layered hairstyle with just their natural hair...

What's for certain is that whomever did this haircut for her is an exceedingly good hair stylist, with the ability to make hair do things most people's will not.

I have a few friends who have their hair like Alizée's right now and I ask them "How do you get your hair so silky?" and they say "Well my hair use to be really thick then I layered it and used a straightener."
So basically my friend's hair looks just like Alizée's current hairstyle.

I like Alizee's short haircut she had when she debuted with Moi Lolita the most.

One thing I wonder about is "why are her hair short?"
wouldn't it be nice if alizee had long hair.

Looking back through several of her pictures over the year, this is a very tough choice. There's so many where she looked so good. If I had to pick one it would be the one she had during the stars a domicile appearance in 2003. Especially where they were sitting outside the hotel discussing the plans to surprise Jessica. Her hair just looked so natural. No hairspray. It went so well with her natural beauty. Very little make up. I loved the way it kept blowing in the wind. Lately it seems like she's using too much hair spray.
