I wouldn't know about customer support I never had a problem with my Dell. I work off a Dell and they are pretty fast.

Meep, I've got hardly any Alizee merchandise. Not many posters decorate my room, either. I've got 1 CD of hers, a 5 year old computer that still runs fast, a little dinged up TV, a huge bookshelf, a bunk bed/futon, and a little closet. Not much else. XD

Consumer level support is still farmed out to "Joe" in Bangalore, who tells you he's from "Chi-KA-go" before he messes up on your problem ticket and cancels the shipment of replacement parts because he couldn't find a correct zip code ... and doesn't bother to email or call to tell you your parts aren't coming. But I'm not bitter. |
