Here's Alizee and Gregoire doing what I believe is a much modified version of the Tango.

As far as the Lone Ranger, I can remember watching the original tv series. I guesss that dates me (us?)!

Brings to mind the old joke; The Ranger says; It looks like we are surrounded by Indians, Tonto !
And Tonto says; who's We ? White Man ! Ha ! ( No Disrespect to anyone, I like the Indians ! )

It is actually a pretty good movie ! Your age says 32; so you should be putting a great deal away in an IRA or your company's 401K; as they say you can accumulate a million dollars by the time you are 65 ! The great thing about the IRA in the US; is no matter how much you make ; it is non-taxable until you take it out ! Thus the IRA is like your very own "Black Hole" in space ! The government can't get at it until later !

Speaking of the west; I forgot two good movies by John Wayne
"The Searchers" They search for a daughter kidnapped by the Indians, although the Indians sometimes took people in.
"The Horse Soldiers" The american Civil War with a cavalry raid
"The Outlaw Josey Wales" the Civil war again.

Default A couple of more Good Movies you should see !

The Maori King died lately, I heard in New Zealand, so I remembered a good movie you should see
"Whale Rider" A Girl becomes the Chief of a Maori tribe ( which usually doesn't happen ) She rode a whale for a short distance; which she said was really scary !
They were thinking about what they should name their Islands in one place; so they should obviously call them the "Maori Islands" !

Another movie is "Taxi Driver" Violent at the end. A guy rescues a girl from some bad guys; which I might have done if guys like these had gotten ahold of Alizee !

Also the movies "Office Space" with Jennifer Anistan ! If you've ever worked in an office; you know the feeling ! The Boss takes a Red Stapler away from one of the employees. They didn't use to make them, but after the movie they produced Red Staplers !

Maybe I was Psychic; but the Maoris of New Zealand have elected the King's Daughter Queen of all the Maoris ! Perhaps her nick-name is Boedicia ! Warrior-Queen !

Default Forgot two movies you should see

I forgot two movies you should see.

Scruffy mentioned Wynonna Rider to me ; so I immediately thought of
the movie "Girl Interupted" which is pretty good !
Also , of course the Movie "The Professional" with Natalie Portman !

If I hit the lottery; and I run into them, then I might propose marriage to either of them !

Interestingly Keanu Reeves and Wynonna Rider were in the movie "Dracula" together and they had a Marriage scene where they were married. The scene used actual Romanian Priests at the time and was a valid Ceremony ; so someone told them they are actually Married ! So on their Birthdays they exchange emails or texts where they call each other husband and wife ! Ha !
I guess Wynonna would have to get a divorce to marry me ? Ha !

Default Two more movies

"Point of No Return" with Bridget Fonda; who does a bang up job.
This is actually a remake of the french film La Femme Nikita ( although I confess I haven't seen the original...I should ! ).
This one has Harvey Keital as "Victor, the Cleaner" !
Bridget says I want to Quit ! I want Out ! But Gabriel Byrne says There is no Quit ! There is no Out ! You work for the government, or else !

Also you should see "Three Days of the Condor" with Robert Redford ( a government researcher stumbles upon information he shouldn't have; so his entire section is terminated ) !
A Postman comes to the door and says "I have a Package for You" Redford say leave it on the porch. But the postman says I can't...You have to sign for it. Redford makes the mistake of opening the door.
( Note; If you look out the window and your "Postman" is wearing Combat Boots; Do Not Open the Door ! ) Ha !

Default A funny story about a movie

The Movie you should see is "The Untouchables"
with Kevin Costner and Sean Connery.
You carry a Badge; so you should carry a Gun !
I had seen the movie and at my contractor job I was being interviewed by two young government agents. They could only have been about 21 and I was like 45 ! Since I had access to Confidential Information, they were interviewing me to see if I was "OK" ! Ha ! It was a girl and guy like Mulduer and Scully if you have ever seen the "X-Files" tv show. The Girl showed me her government badge. So I asked her; You carry a Badge, do you carry a Gun ? She said Yes ! So I asked her if I could see it ! Ha ! Sometimes I was a corker in those days ! She said she didn't have it with her, but she had one of those deep satchel purses that some women carry , so I know she had it on her !
Next they asked someone who worked with me about me. Unfortunately they asked the section comedian. So he told them Marshal is a Fascist and a Socialist ! Ha ! They laughed so I don't think they took it seriously ! But they did ask around my neighborhood about me ?

"You want to get Capone? Here's how you get him: he pulls a knife, you pull a gun. He sends one of yours to the hospital, you send one of his to the morgue! That's the Chicago way, and that's how you get Capone."

What an excellent film. Been years since I've seen it. HBO was running The Fugitive last night, another excellent Chicago movie.

I've heard lots of stories about Capone. At different times he seems to have "run" Chicago ! One story; when Capone was in state prison for something; the Mayor at the time hired another gangster to hit Capone's organization ! So they did. However Capone was the type that said; They hitta me, I hitta them ! So he told his Lieutenant to Hit the Mayor ! This is a lot of heat said his Lieutenant ? But Capone said get somebody from out of town, from europe ! They will do it. So the Mayor was appearing somewhere with FDR and the contract guy hit the mayor while he was on the stage with FDR. The secret service thought it was an attempt on the President and so they got the assassin before he could talk ! anyway this is the story I heard ? !
