Both look like Alizée to me. The one on the left is reminiscent of Alizée in 2000, think the Gourmandises tank top.

Also, they are far too similar to not be the same person.

Person on the left does have a tattoo where Alizée does, on the side of her right shin. Can't tell from here if it's hers, but it wouldn't surprise me if both were her. We need to find a good scan of this one :-)

I did a quick check around and can't find any mention of a magazine called "Carnet de Bord," Sony's or otherwise, so couldn't locate a homepage or website to find more.

From the look of it, it seems like some sort of "internal" trade magazine, distributed only to record store people and etc. Probably no reason for it to have a web presence or anything....

It's the gecko tatoo. You can really see it's tail. And the position is correct.

Yes, that it is most likely. It's the "offer form" that we heard about couple days ago.

Basically, it most likely has info about all upcoming releases of SonyBMG and their product numbers so stores can place their orders to fill their stocks when the release is coming near.
