I'm sure you're right, but could you provide an official source? As a journalist, it's always best to have a source to back up the validity of what I write.

Also, what was the official, full-length title of the World Music Award that Lili won (source, please)?

I believe her World Music Award was for Best-Selling French Album

wait...did lili really sell 6 million albums? i know gourmandises was over 1 million, MCE was more like 4-500,000, so where did they rest come from? are they counting all the singles as albums too?

almost 2 million for ML
1 million for Gourmandises (the album, in France alone)
around 750 thousand for MCE (760.000 are the last numbers seen. it's world wide I think)

That alone is 3.5 million.

+ all the other singles. + all the disc sold in the past 3 years.

She had sold her 4th millionth disc durig the year of 2003. It was announced in some show when she had a performance.


6 million isn't far from the current amount of sold discs.

I can't believe she hasn't won an award for MCC. Hopefully she will add more to her trophy cabinet with the third album.
