Sigh... it's a sign of the times. What came first, social media or short attention spans?
Social media has almost put forums out of business. It's easier to hit a like button on a photo and comment "I love Alizee" and move to the next one than to engage in conversation. Maybe there is too much information available to us, thanks to the Internet? I think our minds would explode trying to absorb everything out there that we are interested in, so we adapt by creating shortcuts. It takes time to write out a thoughtful post in a forum, and in that time you could instead flip through a couple of days of Facebook posts. Even though I have a career in technology and stay on top of technological trends, I still like the old-fashioned forums (and I am showing my age here!).
You are right about AAm. Everything that is publicly known about Alizee can be found here in the forum history. Nearly every Alizee YouTube video probably has a link to it found in the posts. Her social media accounts are followed. There are a lot of great topics that are discussed. I know there aren't a lot of Alizee fan sites out there anymore, but of those left, AAm is the best, hands down.
