This looked to be one of those filler songs as I call them.

They have so many skits during the show, then they have a singer or two come out and sing a song or do a comedy scene while the rest of the group is getting ready for the next routine.

This is from LE 2010 and it's a song called St Tropez.

In it, they shift from one section of singers to another and then another. Here, in this video, the sections where she sang were taken and slowed down and pasted over the sections where she wasn't shown.
