OMG Roman, until you posted these, I didn't now we had this much. Did we we actually bring back 2 suitcases full of newspapers and magazines? Too funny.

Looking back on 09...and having been at her last concert (Aguascalientes) and also in one of the earlier Mexico concerts (Monterey), I can tell you that the performances simply lacked the professionalism that we see from the concerts and performances earlier in her career when managed by true professionals. The baby, the change of management to the amateurish husband, the loss of MF, the reluctance to play the sexy Lolita card, these are all backdrop for the dwindling excitement from the fans over her career, but the real story is about the performances in Mexico. To be there, you got a sense that she KNEW it wasn't up to par--not really her, but all around her, the acoustics, the arrangement, the choreography, you name it. And, when she went out on stage, this major star was reduced to a fair/mall like enviornment and she wasn't fully devoted to it. Basically, she didn't rise to the challenge (and she had good reasons not to, basically her family as I see it). The final breakdown in Aguascalientes and the lack of appearance after it sets the stage for a real comeback. Until then...check out her best performance of 09..her and Chomfort..ignore the dancer that falls down and a few moments of uncomfortableness by Alizee...there are a few moments where she is her old self, and its great to see her.

I see your point, I'm aware that her performance and voice quality on the Psychedelices Concerts was not the best we've seen her do, and focusing on these live concert perfomances(La Isla Bonita, 99 Red Balloons, and The Sound of Silence) they were really bad managed, not the best performed, and bad concert organizing for not having the proper preparations for these songs and hers also.

However, I want to ask now that it has been brought up, so these covers and perfomances are they even considered live covers?:

May someone please clarify which one can be considered a live cover?
I love the way she has performed these "songs"/"covers"/"singles" at the level of the original artists and in some cases (in my taste) performing a better version of the song, this can be done by very few artists, and she's one of them.

I agree. This is my favorite performance of the new era. She is at her best when she can play off another.

This is one of the reasons I think she needs to keep dancers in her performances. Not only because I like to see her dance, but also because it puts additional activity on stage - activity that she is in total control of, and can interface with (play with).
