Who said that? Moi-Lolita was in the top 10 of English charts around 2001.

Yeah it's true she was in the top ten... however nobody really took notice from what I remember. It's expected when not many people here take interest to things they can't really understand, for example French. I mean myself, it wasn't until I saw her a few months back that I became intrigued and then listened to Moi... Lolita and realized I had heard it before.

Anyway in short, no big craze here back then.

Hello all. Me? The prurient interest of certian animated gifs on a completely unrelated site lead me here. Who is that girl in that picture?! The fact that I was traveling to Paris and that my daughter loves the videos keeps me interested. Brad has a great site and the community here seems pretty cool.

Sure Alizee is hot. But the interest is much deeper. I'm rooting for her because she clearly has talent. She's not just a pretty face. I'm nervous and hopeful for her third album but even if this one doesn't click. she has the stuff to do great things beyond that.
