Medically this is not a good thing, and mechanically the elbow has very little strength when in that position. Her over extension seems rather pronounced going by those photos. If she ever fell and her weight came down with the elbow bent back like that, she could sustain a very painful full dislocation of her elbow and that kind of injury may never heal properly because of the ligament damage. I know people that have had that injury, and they can no longer straighten their arm. The people I know get it to about 150 degrees, and that's it.
